Write about a time you didn’t feel like yourself.

Prompt Response: There was a time when I didn’t feel like myself because I was overwhelmed with school and personal responsibilities. I felt constantly tired and unmotivated, even about things I usually enjoyed. Instead of feeling confident and focused, I became easily frustrated and withdrawn from the people around me. I noticed that I wasn’t expressing my thoughts or emotions the way I normally would, which made me feel disconnected. Taking a step back helped me realize that I needed rest and support, not pressure. Over time, by organizing my priorities and allowing myself space to breathe, I slowly began to feel more like myself again.

Summary: today in class we did a rhetorical analysis on MLK I had a dream speech

Reflection: today in class I learned how to do a rhetorical analysis
